José A. Cancio
Founder, Owner & CEO
Jose A. Cancio is the Founder, Owner, and Chief Executive Officer of Assertive Comprehensive Care, Inc. He leads the organization’s vision, growth, operations, clinical direction, provider recruitment, service development, and long-term strategic planning. As the original founder of ACC, he has guided the practice from its earliest stages into a multidisciplinary behavioral health organization offering psychiatry, therapy, and neuromodulation services. His leadership focuses on structure, innovation, compliance, access to care, and building a team capable of delivering high-quality mental health services across the community.
Dayana Rodríguez Martinez
CO-Founder, CO -Owner & CFO
Dayana Rodriguez Martinez serves as Co-Owner, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Assertive Comprehensive Care, Inc. She supports development planning, financial strategy, organizational decision-making, and operational consultation. Known for her strong numerical insight, patience, intelligence, and patient-centered approach, she plays a key role in maintaining financial clarity while advocating for patients and supporting the growth of the organization. Her leadership brings balance, structure, and thoughtful oversight to ACC’s administrative and business operations.
Dr. Nadine Robertson
Psychiatrist & Clinical Director
Dr. Nadine Robertson serves as Medical Director of Assertive Comprehensive Care, Inc. and is a cornerstone of the organization’s clinical and neuromodulation development. She provides medical oversight, clinical guidance, quality assurance, provider consultation, and support for the ongoing advancement of ACC’s ExoMind program. Her commitment to learning, studying, and elevating clinical standards enriches the entire provider team. Her presence strengthens the clinical level of the practice, and ACC considers it a privilege to have her as part of its professional family.
Savannah Klee
Clinical Director
Savannah Klee serves as Clinical Director of Assertive Comprehensive Care, Inc. She brings more than five years of clinical experience serving patients across age groups and addressing a broad range of mental health needs. She supports clinical organization, therapy program development, clinical quality, provider collaboration, and patient-centered service delivery. Known for her intelligence, strong personality, professionalism, and natural ability to connect with patients, she is highly valued by both patients and the ACC team.
Jorge Álvarez Hernández
Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Jorge Alvarez serves as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Assertive Comprehensive Care, Inc. He is recognized for his clinical knowledge, dedication to learning, investigative mindset, and strong advocacy for his patients. He approaches mental health care with discipline, compassion, and intellectual curiosity, consistently seeking to improve outcomes and support recovery. Within ACC, he is regarded as an exceptional clinician and a true advocate for patients navigating psychiatric treatment.
Eleanis Palancar Gainza
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Eleanis Palancar serves as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Assertive Comprehensive Care, Inc. She provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and ongoing mental health care with a compassionate and patient-centered approach. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she supports patients in a respectful and collaborative environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.
José Daniel Lorenzo
Director of Operations
Jose Daniel Lorenzo is Co-Founder of Assertive Comprehensive Care, Inc. and has been part of the organization since its earliest development alongside Jose A. Cancio in late 2023. He oversees city permits, licensing processes, credentialing support, vendor and contractor coordination, logistics, operations supervision, compliance, billing department oversight, and administrative systems. He is responsible for ensuring that ACC’s operational foundation remains organized, compliant, and functional as the company continues to expand. His role is central to the structure, execution, and daily stability of the organization.
Ana Paola Escalante
Front Office – Patient Experience Specialist
Ana Paola Escalante serves as the Pembroke Pines Office Manager, working directly with the Owner and Jose Lorenzo. She supports business development, financial flow, vendor meetings, patient payment accountability, and operational coordination. She is highly business-minded, sharp, hardworking, polite, and financially disciplined, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. She also contributes to marketing production, including video content and promotional initiatives, helping ACC strengthen its visibility and professional image.
José Efren
Administrative Operations Support
Jose Efrén provides administrative and operational support for Assertive Comprehensive Care, Inc. He assists with daily workflow needs, internal coordination, scheduling support, office tasks, and special projects across the organization. His role supports the continuity of operations by helping the team maintain organization, responsiveness, and efficiency in day-to-day practice functions.
